The Haywood County Board of Commissioners continue to seek applicants for a position on the Haywood County Planning Board. The position is for an active farmer who is a full-time Haywood County resident. The individual selected will fulfill an unexpired term through August 19, 2022, at which point they will be eligible for an additional three-year term.
Application forms may be downloaded from the "How Do I....Submit Volunteer Board of Committee Application" section of the county website (https://www.haywoodcountync.gov/9/How-Do-I ) or picked up from the County Manager's office from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, at the Historic Haywood County Courthouse, third floor, 215 N. Main Street, Waynesville.
