Purpose: Southwestern NC HOME Consortium’s 2022 & 2023 Annual Action Plan Amendments, and 2024 Approval of Projects
The public is hereby notified that the Haywood County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. during their regular meeting at the Historic Courthouse, 215 N. Main Street, Historic Courtroom, Waynesville, NC.
The hearing is regarding the Southwestern NC HOME Consortium’s Annual Action Plan Amendments and Projects developed in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements. The proposed Annual Action Plans can be viewed on the Southwestern Commission’s website at: https://regiona.org/southwestern-nc-home-consortium/. The purpose of this hearing is to give the public a chance to share their opinion. Please contact LeNay Shular at lenay@regiona.org or 828-586-1962 ext. 218 with any questions or comments.
The public is also invited to provide comments on the Annual Action Plans during a HUD-approved, shortened comment period, from October 21, 2024, to November 03, 2024.
