The Haywood County Board of Commissioners is seeking applicants to fill the following positions on the Haywood County Health and Human Services Agency Board of Directors:
- A Registered Nurse member, to begin serving April 22, 2019. Requirements for the position are that the candidate must be a Registered Nurse and must reside in Haywood County. Qualified professionals and retirees are encouraged to apply.
The candidate will be filling a 4 year term that expires April 22, 2023. At that time, candidates will be eligible to reapply for a second four-year term.
- A licensed Psychologist member, to begin serving April 22, 2019. Requirements for the position are that the candidate must be a licensed Psychologist and must reside in Haywood County. Qualified professionals and retirees are encouraged to apply. The candidate will be filling a 4 year term that expires April 22, 2023. At that time, candidates will be eligible to reapply for a second four-year term.
The deadline for applications is 5 p.m., February 22, 2019. Application forms may be downloaded from the Online Services section of the county website, www.haywoodcountync.gov; or picked up from the County Manager’s Office, Haywood County Courthouse, Third Floor, 215 North Main Street, Waynesville, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Completed applications may be returned to the County Manager’s Office or attached to an email to Candace Way, candace.way@haywoodcountync.gov
