This resolution only terminates the May 26, 2022 State of Emergency for Haywood County and the Towns of Canton, Clyde, Maggie Valley, and Waynesville. The State of Emergency for Tropical Storm Fred for Haywood County and the Towns of Clyde, Canton, Maggie Valley, and Waynesville (8-17-21) and the State of Emergency for COVID for Haywood County (3-15-2020) remain effective at this time.
