The Haywood County Board of Commissioners is seeking applicants to fill the following position on the Haywood County Health and Human Services Agency Board of Directors:
- A physician member, to begin serving upon appointment. Requirements for the position are that the candidate must be a physician currently licensed to practice and actively practicing in the State of North Carolina, and must reside in Haywood County. Qualified professionals are encouraged to apply. The candidate will be serving a 4 year term. Upon completion of the term, appointees serving their first term are eligible to apply for reappointment to a second four-year term.
The deadline for applications is 5 p.m., August 4, 2023.
