A quorum of the Haywood County Board of Commissioners will be attending a public screening of “Safe and Found,” a documentary about Search and Rescue operations in Haywood County and western North Carolina. The screening will be in the auditorium at Haywood Community College, 185 Freedlander Drive, Clyde, NC at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2024 and will be followed by a question and answer period with the filmmakers, Search and Rescue team members and Haywood County EMS personnel.
There will be no official Haywood County business conducted at this meeting and the Commissioners will not have a role in the presentation.
