Please note that HCAS uses a MANAGED INTAKE system. An APPOINTMENT is required for all intakes.
Most animals are found within 1 mile from their home. Stray animals should NOT be picked up. If you pick up a stray animal, you may be required to foster the animal temporarily depending on available space at the shelter.
Step 2: Post on Social Media

Step 3: Scan Found Animals for a Microchip
This can be done at HCAS or any local veterinarian hospital.
Step 4: Post Flyers
Create a FREE flyer and notify local shelters at PawBoost OR LostMyDoggie
